I am back with a beautiful recipe of egg less mango cake to share with you all. I found this recipe online in a blog and wanted to try and taste them. I used the recipe and prepared a mango cake for our anniversary and it came out very good. The other day I prepared them as cup cakes and everybody loved them.The first photo was a mango cake prepared for our 4th Marriage Anniversary with mango flavored butter-cream icing. So I wanted to share the recipe...:)
All measurements are with measuring cup and measuring spoons.
Pre heat the oven at 350F.
All purpose flour---- 1 1/2 cups
Baking powder--- 2 tsp(table spoon)
(if using baking soda i use only 1 1/4 tsp)
salt--- 1/2 tsp
cardamom powder--- 1tsp
granulated sugar---2/3 cups
mango puree-- 1 1/2 cups
canola oil--- 1/3 cups
vanilla --- 1 tsp
Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients and mix them till there are no lumps.
pour into pan and bake for 20-- 27 mins until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Take it off from oven and allow it to cool for 10mins and enjoy the cupcakes...
